50CW Curtain Wall

High-Performance and Cost-Effective Curtain Wall System

The Kestrel 50CW curtain wall system is designed for all building types from ground floor to high-rise projects. Our system provides a high-performance and cost-effective solution for fabricators across the UK.

The 50CW system meets BS EN 13830 standards, ensuring excellent resistance to wind, water, and air infiltration, with thermal properties as low as Uf 0.88 W/m²K. Our innovative transom-to-transom design reduces material waste and simplifies stock management with a universal glazing rebate gasket.

With the flex injection assembly, we ensure precise and reliable sealing at all joints, reducing fabrication time and optimizing performance in commercial applications. The 50CW integrates seamlessly with our 75mm window and ground floor treatments, as well as commercial door systems, providing a consistent and practical façade solution.

50CW system passes CWCT standard Sequence B -In addition to BS EN 13830 tested performances, our 50CW curtain walling system has now been successfully tested in accordance with the CWCT standard test method for building envelopes including a dynamic test with aero engine (Sequence B).

To maximise the use of the results on projects requiring this level of testing, the test sample was engineered to provide worst case scenarios following CWCT guidance. This was independently verified by a leading engineering company that reviewed our designs to confirm the tests replicated the most challenging conditions possible.
